Trinity is a designer, strategist, and systems thinker with a background in human systems engineering. She founded Berritu Design to build the kind of studio she always wished existed — boutique in scale, rigorous in craft, and deeply human in approach.

At NovoKind, Trinity serves as Co-Founder and Head of Experience, building systems that support families through the journey of pediatric care. That same care-first thinking shapes every Berritu engagement.
